For Mercedes Before Year 2015, You will need the Benz/BMW Universal 18 in 1 CAN Filter(20usd).

Mercedes OBD Odometer V4.0 Instructions:

First use [1 option] to read the number of kilometers, the device will automatically detect the meter model, and give a prompt message, please continue to operate according to the prompt given.

[2 option] Write the number of kilometers, usually directly operating this option can be successful. If not, please dismantle the meter and connect the wiring.

When the chip model is d70f3525, if you add a filter, you can directly use [2 option] to write the kilometers; otherwise, you need to use [3 option] to read Get configuration information,Then dismantle the meter and use [7 option] to program the chip, then use [4 option] to write back the configuration information, and finally use [2 option] to write the kilometer.

When the chip model is r7f701414, if you add a filter, you can directly use [2 option] to write the number of kilometers; otherwise, you need to use [8 option] to rewrite Chip data.

Operation [3 options] and [4 options] communication requires 15-30 minutes, please make sure the vehicle battery is sufficient!
Before operating [7 options], please refer to [Picture 3] to confirm whether the meter is 8-drive or 11-drive
