Chrysler FCA 12+8 Cable for Bypass SGM or SWM

Description

This Chrysler FCA 12+8 cable is a bypass solution for the security gateway module (SGM or SGW). It is used with other diagnostic equipment to read and clear fault codes.

FCA 12+8 cable Connection Method:

1. Locate and unplug the 12pin and 8PIN connectors of the SGW module.
2. Then connect the FCA 12+8 directly to the 12pin and 8pin (two connectors connected to the SGW) connector on the car.
3. Used with OBD2 diagnostic equipment, normal communication with the car can be achieved.
4. Applicable to FCA models in 2018 or later, non-original equipment can only be used to read fault codes,
   identify vehicle VIN and view data flow through OBD diagnostic station.
