Delphi DS150E Hardware recommended :

1.Best Interface would be the High quality One Board Autocom or Delphi ,You can use the last 3201 Firmware .
Update firmware steps :
1) Backup older firmware first :go to Program Files > Autocom > Firmware –backup
2).Copy 3201 firmware files to “Program Files > Autocom > Firmware Folder” after that to go Autocom Software and click on Upgrade Firmware

2.If you have the 2 boards version Delphi/Autocom ,Do not update to 3201 firmware that it wont work properly(some cars won’t communication) ,better leave it with 1622 FW

Question 1 :

I’ve installed the program but only Autocom Cars is available, not Autocom Trucks. The shortcut is there, but it opens Autocom Cars.. Anyone has any ideea why?

Answer 1 :   make a copy from cars shortcut (copy and past) and then on new one right click, properties and change to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Autocom\Main.exe” trucks
Then you can change the icon and name to trucks.  Don’t forget to run as Administrator…

this is not working i use win 10 64 but i dont know what the problem is but after i put the license i installing and desapear the executable files cars and trucks….and i cant use it

Answer 2 :
for .exe files to go missing, it is obvious that your antivirus is detecting them as a irus and either deleting them or putting them in quarantine, so look in your quarantine folder, restore them, then choose to add the .exe files as an exemption from scanning and detecting.

Question 3

After activate the DELPHI 2020.23 Software,the Programmer not start ,Splashscreen appears shortly and then nothing happens ?

Answer 3 :

1.Try change your date to regual and run the instalation pack .exe again ,if not fix try step 2 .
2. Check whether installed well M Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable, M SQL Server Compact 4.0 and Net Framwork 4.5.

Question 4 :
I have all VC+, SQL, .NET installed on my Win10 H2H2,But AUTOCOM 2020 Software still not start even i found the main.exe run on task manager ?
How fix it ?

Answer 4 :
The problem almost caused by .NET 4.8 installed .You need manually remove it and put .NET 4.5 back ,also You need remove Windows update KB5011048
You can google about how remove/Disable .NET 4.8 and KB5011048
After you uninstall it then reboot machine ,The autocom software will start to work again .
Or you can try install Autocom 2021 on Your Win10 or Win11 ,that should no any problem.
